As if to tell me
that the world goes on
life happens while I’m out,
the lentils left in our
sink catcher sprouted
after two days of

When I was a young girl of 8 or 9
I found out that
a very pretty young boy
named Cuauhtémoc had a crush on me.
I processed this information, weighed
